Terms of Service
These terms apply to hpgbrokerage.com, the quote funnel at quotes.hpgbrokerage.com, the client portal at services.hpgbrokerage.com, our home search, and the text messages we send. By using them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
HPG Brokerage, LLC ("HPG", "we", "us") is a licensed Texas real estate brokerage (TREC License #9014745-BB) and a licensed insurance agency writing in Texas and Florida (Texas License #2703822). Mortgage services are facilitated through Blink Mortgage (HPG Brokerage, LLC, NMLS #1958137). Contact us at hello@hpgbrokerage.com or 832.915.0915.
2. Our services
Our websites let you request insurance quotes, search homes and ask about buying or selling, and ask about a mortgage. Submitting a request through our sites does not by itself create an insurance policy, a brokerage relationship or a loan. Each of those happens only through the separate documents described below.
Information on our sites is general and may change without notice. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice.
3. Insurance
- A quote, comparison or proposal we show you is an estimate based on the information available to us. The premium and terms of any policy are set by the insurance carrier, subject to its underwriting, and may differ from the quote.
- Coverage exists only when a carrier has issued a policy or a binder. Nothing on our sites or in our portals binds coverage, and no coverage should be assumed until you have written confirmation from HPG or the carrier.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. A misstatement on an application can void a policy or a claim.
- Policy payments are taken by phone by your HPG advisor or made directly to the carrier. We never ask you to enter full card or bank details on our websites.
- Our licensing in each state is available on request. We place coverage only in states where we hold a license.
4. Real estate and home search
- Brokerage services. Texas law requires us to give you the Information About Brokerage Services form and the Texas Real Estate Commission Consumer Protection Notice. Using our website does not make HPG your agent; a brokerage relationship is created only by a written representation agreement.
- Listing data. The listings on our home search are provided by the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) under its IDX program. Data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Listings may be updated, withdrawn or sold at any time. Listing information is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use to identify properties they may be interested in buying, and may not be used for any other purpose.
- Equal Housing Opportunity. We support the Fair Housing Act and equal opportunity in housing. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin, or on any other basis protected by law.
- Saved homes, valuations and market figures on our sites are estimates for your convenience and are not appraisals.
5. Mortgage
- Mortgage services are provided by licensed loan originators through Blink Mortgage. HPG Brokerage, LLC, NMLS #1958137. Verify licensing at NMLS Consumer Access.
- Nothing on our sites is a commitment to lend, an offer of credit or a rate quote. All loans are subject to application, credit approval, underwriting and the lender's terms. Rates and programs change without notice.
- Equal Housing Lender.
6. Text messaging terms
Program. HPG Brokerage, LLC sends text messages about your insurance quote, policy, home search, appointments and account, and, if you have agreed, occasional marketing messages about our services.
Consent. You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted by text on one of our forms, by texting us first, or by asking us to text you. Consent is not a condition of buying any product or service.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no more texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Messages are sent through major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We do not share your mobile number or your consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Accounts and portals
- Our client portal (services.hpgbrokerage.com) uses one-time sign-in codes sent to your email. Keep them to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your sign-in.
- We may suspend or close an account for security reasons, for misuse, or when the relationship it supports ends.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information, or information about someone else without their permission.
- Copy, scrape, harvest or republish listing data or other content from our sites, or use automated tools to access them.
- Interfere with the sites' security or operation, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Use the sites for any unlawful purpose.
9. Our content
The HPG name, logo, website design, text, images, scripts and software are owned by HPG or its licensors and are protected by law. Listing data belongs to HAR and the listing brokers. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Our websites and portals are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits the duties we owe you under an insurance policy, a brokerage agreement or a loan, or any duty that cannot be limited by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HPG is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the websites or portals, and our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to $100. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the websites or portals will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. This does not change where a dispute about a specific policy, transaction or loan must be brought under the documents that govern it.
12. Changes and contact
